Total twenty-four thousand staff will indulge in the counting of votes and an additional three thousand people are appointed for support. Training will be given to the staff on 15th May and afterward, we will assign the works to them. 10 to 15 counting tables will be arranged in the counting centers. For counting of VVPAT slips an additional 6 to 7 hours time will be taken. At first, Postal ballot votes and Service votes will be counted and then EVM votes. Finally, slips from selected 5 VVPAT machines will be counted and the official result will be declared.
