Hyderabad: In the election affidavit case, the High Court issued a notice to TS chief minister KCR. Gajwel voter Srinivas filed a petition stating that KCR has provided false information in election affidavit. KCR has 64 criminal cases on him, but on the first page of the affidavit, it was mentioned that only 4 cases are there. On providing the false information, he should be declared unfit for being an MLA, the petitioner urged HC. On examining the petition. HC issued notices to Election officer and KCR. HC demanded to give an explanation regarding this within four weeks, till then the case is postponed.
